InsurePass(以下稱「本 App」)是一款協助保險業務人員管理客戶保單與車輛資料的工具。我們重視您的隱私,本政策說明本 App 如何處理資料。
本 App 處理由您自行輸入或從您自己的 Google 試算表匯入的資料,可能包含:客戶姓名、車牌號碼、保單險種、保單到期日等您所建立的內容。
當您使用匯入功能時,本 App 會依您所提供的試算表連結,直接從 Google 下載該試算表的 CSV 內容到您的裝置。此資料流僅發生在您的裝置與 Google 之間,開發者不介入、不留存。您與 Google 之間的資料處理適用 Google 的隱私政策。
本 App 可使用 Face ID / Touch ID 或裝置密碼作為本地資料保護鎖。生物辨識驗證完全由 Apple 系統在裝置上完成,本 App 不會取得、蒐集或傳輸您的生物特徵資料。
本 App 會在您的裝置本機排程保單到期提醒通知,不涉及遠端推播,亦不蒐集資料。
您可在本 App 內刪除資料,或移除 App 以清除裝置上的本機資料。iCloud 中的資料可於您的 Apple 裝置「設定 → iCloud」中管理。
本 App 並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計,亦不會刻意蒐集其資料。
本政策如有更新,將更新上方「生效日期」。

InsurePass ("the App") is a tool that helps insurance agents manage client policy and vehicle information. We respect your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles data.
The App processes data you enter yourself or import from your own Google Sheet, which may include: client names, license plate numbers, policy types, and policy expiry dates that you create.
When you use the import feature, the App downloads CSV content directly from Google based on the spreadsheet link you provide, onto your device. This data flow occurs only between your device and Google; the developer is not involved and retains nothing. Data handling between you and Google is governed by Google's privacy policy.
The App may use Face ID / Touch ID or your device passcode as a local data-protection lock. Biometric authentication is performed entirely by Apple's system on-device; the App does not obtain, collect, or transmit your biometric data.
The App schedules policy-expiry reminders locally on your device. No remote push notifications and no data collection are involved.
You can delete data within the App, or remove the App to clear local data on your device. Data in iCloud can be managed under Settings → iCloud on your Apple device.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy is updated, the "Effective date" above will be revised.
